4 Ingredient High Protein Taco Dip

I'm a nutrition coach, not a food photographer 🤣

Try out this quick and easy high protein cottage cheese dip that can be eaten warm or cold:


What you need:

  • 125g of Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup)
  • 8g of Nutritional Yeast (approx 2 tbsp)
  • 15g of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (approx 1/8 cup)
  • Tex Mex or Taco Seasoning
  • 30g of Pico De Gallo (about 2 tbsp)
  • Green Onions

What you do:

  • Pop the cottage cheese into a food processor or blender and blend til consistency is smoother
  • Add nutritional yeast, cheddar, and taco seasoning to cottage cheese
  • Pulse and blend again until well mixed
  • Pop in the microwave for 30-60 seconds
  • Top with Pico de Gallo, Onions, and Hot Sauce (optional)
  • Time how long it takes you to finish this delight

Macros per serving:

Protein: 23g

Carbs: 14g

Fat: 8g
