Try out this quick and easy high protein cottage cheese dip that can be eaten warm or cold:
What you need:
- 125g of Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup)
- 8g of Nutritional Yeast (approx 2 tbsp)
- 15g of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (approx 1/8 cup)
- Tex Mex or Taco Seasoning
- 30g of Pico De Gallo (about 2 tbsp)
- Green Onions
What you do:
- Pop the cottage cheese into a food processor or blender and blend til consistency is smoother
- Add nutritional yeast, cheddar, and taco seasoning to cottage cheese
- Pulse and blend again until well mixed
- Pop in the microwave for 30-60 seconds
- Top with Pico de Gallo, Onions, and Hot Sauce (optional)
- Time how long it takes you to finish this delight
