  • Week 3: The Unplanned & Unexpected (After week 3, you'll have the tools to know what to do when an unplanned or unexpected event comes up and still stay consistent to see fat loss progress)
  • Weeks 4-6: Execution & Accountability (These 3 weeks focus on strengthening the foundation you learn through weeks 1-3 with a mid-point check-in and some added accountability added in)
