Here's what we will be covering:

  • Week 1: Macros Essentials & THRIVE (You'll be a macros master at the end of this week knowing all the essentials you need for getting on auto-pilot)
  • Week 2: Peach Pie Method (You'll be hitting your macros by the end of week 2 using this step by step method to stop playing macros tetris)
  • Week 3: The Unplanned & Unexpected (After week 3, you'll have the tools to know what to do when an unplanned or unexpected event comes up and still stay consistent to see fat loss progress)
  • Weeks 4-6: Execution & Accountability (These 3 weeks focus on strengthening the foundation you learn through weeks 1-3 with a mid-point check-in and some added accountability added in)
