It feels cringy and unrealistic. And that's because we know all know better.
I had to formulate an even better solution.
I was sick and tired of being sold cookie cutter programs as personalized programs, not being told WHY I was doing something and just expected to "follow the program or else it was my fault it wasn't working".
Even more after becoming a Mama myself, I realized we do not have the same 24 hours in a day as someone who isn't a Mom. I also knew there had to be a simple way to go about doing this that was realistic for even the busiest Mom. on the move - so that's why I did.
I broke down muscles & macros to be simple, effective and efficient for the mamas who are doing it all for others and also want to do it for themselves.
That's where Coached by Caryn was born and continues to evolve and grow.
Mindful Macros Method was designed to give you the accountability and support you need through your journey. It's great for those new to tracking macros or the experienced macros tracker wanting lasting changes.
We kick off your program with a two week Primer Period. You'll track your current intake, establish your baseline, get familiar with your program, the app, and pinpoint any specifics we need to address like night time snacking, not getting enough protein, or figuring out how to keep up with eating when you're always on the go.

After the Primer Period, the real fun gets rockin. With weekly progress check-ins on Sundays, you'll receive detailed feedback on Mondays about your progress, habits we can focus on during the week to see more progress, making tweaks to hit your macros consistently so you can see the scale go down, and work through any other struggles you may be experiencing that might be holding you back from seeing the progress you want. At this time, if we have to make any adjustments to your macros for the week ahead, we'll do that here.
Need support outside of your check-ins? As a Coached By Caryn client, you gain access to me as your coach with a 24/7 messaging app. This means you get to have non stop support from me to help reach your goals.
The first 4 weeks is the consistency kicker - tracking consistently, hitting macros consistently, feeling energized consistently, meal prepping with ease consistently, and seeing progress consistently.
By the time the 5th week rolls around, the momentum launch happens and you're hitting the ground running making progress, feeling incredibly in your clothes, and energized to keep up with your kiddos and your own workouts too.
Mindful Macros Method is a minimum 12 week commitment with a VIP option of committing to 6 or 12 months for a discounted monthly rate.
Monthly investments range from $335-415/month (+GST).

Mindful Macros & Movement Method is all the accountability and support of Mindful Macros Method with the addition of a personalized fitness program to fit your schedule and goals focusing on lifting weights to form some beautiful muscle tone and adding in some cardio programming as well to increase cardiac output.

This program is designed for the experienced macros tracker that is looking to have someone keep them accountable, make adjustments for them when needed and have A coach for support when needed.
